ACCREDITED SOUND HEALER PRACTITIONER TRAINING

Yes. The Sound Healer Practitioner Training is accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). You’ll graduate as a recognised Sound Healing Practitioner, able to facilitate both one-to-one and group sessions.

No, you don’t need any experience to join. This course focuses on presence, intuition and energy, not performance. You’ll learn to connect with the bowls and other instruments through feeling, listening and practice.

This is primarily a Crystal Bowl training, but you’ll also learn how to weave in other complementary instruments, such as chimes, Himalayan bowls, rainsticks, and shakers to create balanced and harmonious sessions.

You do not need to bring or own crystal bowls to attend the 3 days in-person training but you will need them for integration. If you already own bowls, you’re very welcome to bring them to the in-person days but you’ll also have access to a range of bowls in the studio to use, explore and practise with, and can also try and purchase bowls from the showroom if you wish.

For the integration period and case studies, you will need access to crystal bowls (ideally three), but you can build your collection over time.

For the online pathway, you’ll need your own instruments as you won’t have access to the studio collection. Ideally, have three (or more) crystal bowls so you can explore harmony and layering, and we’ll also explore ways to combine your bowls with other instruments such as chimes, rainsticks, shakers, or Himalayan bowls to enrich your soundscape.

If you’d like support choosing bowls, you’ll be able to explore and purchase from the studio showroom, where I stock a carefully selected range. If you prefer to source elsewhere, I’m also happy to guide you towards suitable options for your needs and budget.

There are several types of crystal bowls available, each with their own sound quality and energy.

• Clear Quartz Bowls – usually starting around £300 per bowl. They offer a bright, pure tone and a beautifully clear resonance. These are the type of bowls I started with, and I stock a carefully selected range in the studio showroom.

• Frosted Quartz Bowls – slightly thicker and heavier, with a softer, grounding tone. Prices often begin around £100-£150 per bowl depending on size and tuning. They can be found at lower price points, but I recommend buying from a trusted source as quality can vary.

• Crystal Alchemy Bowls – infused with precious metals, minerals and gemstones, each has its own unique tonal quality and energetic feel. They typically start from around £800 each.

If you’d like guidance on which bowls to choose, you’re very welcome to explore and purchase from the studio showroom, or I can guide you towards other trusted suppliers to help you find the right fit for your needs and budget.

In the weeks leading up to the training, I’ll also share further guidance and supplier recommendations to support you.

You’ll complete a short 10-15 min practical assessment (either live in-person or via video submission online), along with two case studies, reflective journaling and a short theory paper. These are designed to help you consolidate your learning and feel confident sharing sound safely and professionally. You are fully supported all the way through.

There are two pathways to choose from:

• In-Person: 3 immersive training days + 4 weeks of guided integration.

• Online: 8-week live and supported online journey.

Both pathways cover the full 8-module curriculum and meet the same 40 hour certification requirements.

You are absolutely welcome to join. Many people to learn for personal growth, healing and confidence, or to share sound with family and friends.
You’ll still gain the same depth of learning and support, and you may find that the journey naturally opens new pathways for how you wish to share sound in the world.

Accommodation isn’t included, but there are plenty of nearby places to stay once you book both in Lymington and the New Forest.
