TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (the client) and Wellbeing With Kim. Services include yoga classes, workshops, sound baths, retreats and trainings. All sound healing trainings and certification courses are delivered under the name Bluebird Sound Healing School, which is part of Wellbeing With Kim.

1. Services

Wellbeing With Kim provides yoga classes, workshops, sound baths, retreats, sound healing trainings and related wellbeing services. Sound healing trainings and certification courses are presented under the name Bluebird Sound Healing School, which operates as part of Wellbeing With Kim. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Payments may be made via direct debit or through approved third-party booking systems.

  • Monthly yoga subscriptions are collected automatically each month by direct debit until cancelled by you.

  • If a payment fails, Wellbeing With Kim may contact you to arrange an alternative method.

  • Other payment arrangements may occasionally be made at the business’s discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Yoga Classes (Pay-As-You-Go)

  • Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the class.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Monthly Yoga Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly by direct debit.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time by emailing Wellbeing With Kim.

  • If a class is cancelled by Wellbeing With Kim (e.g. due to teacher absence), a pro-rata refund will be provided.

  • Missed classes by the student are non-refundable, but where space allows, a class swap may be possible.

  • Subscribers may also receive discounts on selected workshops, sound sessions and retreats at the business’s discretion.

Sound Baths

  • Refunds are available if you cancel at least 72 hours before the event.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Retreats

  • Retreat bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Trainings & Certifications (Sound Healing or other courses)

  • Training and certification bookings delivered under Bluebird Sound Healing School are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Complaints

Wellbeing With Kim aims to provide a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment. If you are ever dissatisfied:

  • Please email kim@wellbeingwithkim.com with details of your concern.

  • An acknowledgement will be provided within 5 working days.

  • A full response will normally be provided within 14 working days. If more time is needed, you will be informed.
    All complaints are taken seriously and handled fairly and transparently.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time and respect the peaceful environment of classes and workshops.

  • Wellbeing With Kim reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a participant to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful.

6. Health & Disclaimer

  • Yoga, sound healing and related practices support wellbeing but are not a substitute for medical care.

  • Clients should consult a doctor or medical practitioner before starting if they have a medical condition, injury or health concern.

  • By participating, clients accept responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.

  • Wellbeing With Kim accepts no liability for injuries, loss or damages sustained during participation, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Any course materials, recordings or resources provided during classes, trainings or workshops remain the property of Wellbeing With Kim / Bluebird Sound Healing School and may not be copied, shared or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
